Barrister Biplob Barua, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister and Office Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League, distributed winter clothes at the initiative of Kabir Steel Re-Rolling Mills (KSRM), one of the leading industrial organizations in the country.
The blankets were distributed in Kamalganj upazila of Moulvibazar on Monday. Blankets were handed over to more than five hundred low-income and poor women tea garden workers.
Prime Minister's Special Assistant Barrister Biplob Barua said that the present government is working for the betterment of the common man. Due to the right and effective measures, the quality of life of the people has changed dramatically.
The country is self-sufficient in food. Load shedding does not occur occasionally like before. People in remote areas are getting uninterrupted electricity.
Massive infrastructural development is taking place all over the country. Development festivals are going on in every corner of the country. Industrial entrepreneurs are getting enthusiastic to set up new factories by getting business friendly environment.
Educated and skilled unemployed are being employed. Foreign
investment in the country has increased several times more than at any time in the past. In a word, Bangladesh is now a role model of development.
And all this has been possible due to the steely leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and her unimaginable skill and prudence in running the country.
This has brightened the image of Bangladesh to the whole world. He also thanked the Prime Minister for initiating the distribution of blankets among the winter victims.
He said KSRM stands by the common man in any crisis situation. Works tirelessly for the betterment of the common man. Which is a unique example of humanity. Such actions of theirs undoubtedly deserve praise.
