Antiseptic tunnels have been built at the entrances of 16 police stations in Chattogram to prevent corona virus. Recently, disinfectant tunnels have been set up in these police stations.  Chattogram Police Super Rashidul Haque confirmed the matter.

He said the corona virus is affecting the police in Chattogram city on a large scale. If the police are attacked; the service will be disrupted. So I have taken initiative to set up disinfection tunnels in all the police stations of the district.

It is learned that the police stations in Chattogram where tunnels have been set up will be automatically disinfected as soon as they enter. There will be no risk of spreading the corona virus.

Chattogram District Council member and Awami League leader Akhter Uddin Mahmud Parvez inaugurated the disinfection tunnel at the entrance of Fatikchhari police station on Thursday noon. The tunnel was built with funding from the Dr. Mahmud Hasan Foundation.

He said the service provider was for fighting corona at the risk of the lives of police and doctors. We have to stand by their side. Police members will no longer be afraid of corona for because of disinfectant tunnels in police stations. They will be able to work with attention for the improvement of law and order in our area.
