Diplomatic Spouses, a prestigious forum of Spouses and Family members of Diplomats honored Dr. Mohammed Haider Ali Miah as Juvenile Freedom Fighter. Minister for Liberation War Affairs AKM Mozammel Haque handed over the medal of special honor to Dr. Mohammed Haider Ali miah in the program "A Tribute to Our National War Heroes". A panel of Head of Missions including Riva Ganguly Das, High Commissioner of India, Rene Holestein, Ambassador of Switzerland, Crisanthe De Silva, High Commissioner of Sri Lanka, Dr. Banshidhar Mishra Ambassador of Nepal, Arunrung Phothong Humphreys, Ambassador of Thailand and Joao Tabajara de Oliveira Junior, Ambassador of Brazil also were present in the program. Dr. Haider Ali Miah, a Certified Juvenile Freedom Fighter, who took part in the Independence War in 1971 at the age of only 13 years and 7 months received special honor at the function.
