Rahimpur Secondary School of Lalmohan Upazila of Bhola has been running its education program for a long time in dilapidated tin houses. This school, built long ago with wood and tin, can break down at any time. For this, ropes have been tied to various poles in front and the poles have been firmly fixed in the yard. On the other side, trees have been planted to prevent it from falling back as behind the school, there is a small pond. No one knows how long this tin house school can be kept like this. The teachers and students of the school cannot find any answer to such questions. Every day the students are angry while having classes in this dilapidated tin house.

Meanwhile, due to the lack of infrastructure development of the school for a long time, there is no end to the suffering of teachers and students. In the broken tin house during the day there is some kind of teaching, but at night the local goats and sheep and various kinds of wild animals take shelter inside the school. Due to such dire situation, students are going to distant schools. Apart from this, no new students are being admitted in this school. In this situation, the school is facing a kind of student crisis. Locals said that even though there are 150 students on paper, no more than 20-25 students are seen in the school.

The teachers of the school said that the students have to study in the rain water in the monsoon and in the sun and dust and sand in the dry season. Apart from this, as there is no separate common room for girl students, they have to face various problems. Because of this, many girl students have stopped going to school.

The head teacher of the school, Mohiuddin Mia, said that many schools established after this school in Lalmohan Upazila have had buildings, but the authorities are not sanctioning any building for this school.

Lalmohan Upazila Secondary Education Officer Rafiqul Islam said that the list has been sent to the higher authority for the construction of the school building. The school will get the building in the next year.

It is known that Rahimpur Secondary School was established in 1994 in Rahimpur of Charbhuta Union, which is located about 7 kilometers from Lalmohan Upazila Sadar. After that, the institution was included in MP in 2001. Currently more than one hundred and fifty students are studying in different classes of the school.

Abdul Hannan, president of the school's management committee, said that a building is needed here. The quality of education is not increasing as the building has not been constructed in this institution for almost 30 years. Apart from this, the academic recognition of the 10th standard has not yet been received even though the 10th standard studies are going on. In this situation, I strongly demand the education authority to construct a building for this school.
