Superstar singer James' song 'Didi Moni' was dedicated to female garment workers and has stirred the hearts of every person, in cities and villages across the country. This time, Reazul Mawla Rezu, the director of 'Bapjaner Bioscope', is going to make a film inspired by that song. Director Rezu said the shooting would start from next February.
Regarding this, Reazul Rezu, a National Film Award-winning director, said, ‘After making 'Bapjaner Bioscope', I had been avoiding filmmaking as I was waiting for the right timing. Even though I wanted to make ‘Premer Kobita’ and ‘Kangal’, I faced several complications and could not do so. But this time, I assure my well-wishers that I would like to give a gift to the audience by completing the female-centric action movie ‘Didi Moni’. Besides I'm a huge fan of James. The song by James has inspired me a lot in my choice of film.’ Anik Biswas has written the story and dialogue of the film ‘Didi Moni’ while the screenplay and direction is done by Reazul Rezu.
