A Dhaka court on Wednesday issued summons against Unilever Bangladesh Limited in connection with an arbitration case filed by Agrani Trading, a former distributor of the company.

The order was passed by the Dhaka District Judge’s Court following an admission hearing.

The other accused in that case are Unilever Bangladesh Limited Finance Director Zinnia Tanzina Huq, Area Manager (Central South Region) Kaiser Mahmud Chowdhury, Senior Area Manager (Wari) M Shoaib Kamal, and Cluster Head (Central South Cluster) Syed Ziqrul Bin Zamir.
