The Dhaka Education Board has directed all chief examiners, who are yet to submit the evaluated OMR sheets of the SSC Examination 2025, to complete the submission process by June 19.

A letter in this regard was issued today by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka, and dispatched to all the head examiners concerned. The board has termed the matter as ‘very essential’ to complete the result processing work on time.

According to the board, despite several reminders, some chief examiners have not yet submitted the Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) sheets of the answer scripts evaluated during the SSC and equivalent examinations. The board has now given a final deadline of June 19 for submission.

The SSC and equivalent examinations of 2025 began on April 10, while the theoretical part of the exams ended on May 13. Since then, the evaluation process has been underway in different centres under the Dhaka board’s supervision.

Education board officials said that collecting all evaluated OMR sheets on time is crucial for ensuring the timely publication of results. Any delay in submission could

disrupt the entire result preparation process, affecting thousands of students. The board has warned that necessary administrative measures will be taken against those who fail to comply with this final deadline.

Officials have also urged the chief examiners to cooperate and complete the submission within the stipulated time for the smooth completion of the SSC result work.
