The 24th Annual General Meeting of Dhaka Bank Limited was held at InterContinental Dhaka on Monday.
Reshadur Rahman, chairman of the Bank of the bank presided over the meeting.
During the annual general meeting, shareholders approved 5 percent cash and 5 percent stock dividend for the shareholders for
the year 2018, said a press release.
