DGHS takes allout measures to fight dengue

Directorate General of Health Service (DGHS) has taken allout measures to protect dengue as per the directive of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Every day the directorate collects information of the dengue patients from all Public health institutions. Information was also collected of all dengue patients who died suffering from it.

MIS department of the Directorate prepares a database to collect information of the admitted dengue patients, diagnosis system and medical information in various private hospitals.

The directorate established a "Health Emergency Operation Center and Control Room" on basis of Dengue. This emergency center monitors all the health institutes of the country. The provided hotline numbers of the control room are 01759114488, 01769954137, 01313490490 and 02-9855933.

Officials, Doctors and nurses of the health institutes tried their utmost to serve the dengue patients.
