Gopalganj-1 MP Lt Col Muhammad Faruk Khan inaugurated the newly constructed girder bridge on Goptorgati canal, newly constructed building of Induhati Government Primary School and Union Parishad Complex Building in Khandarpara union under Muksudpur upazila of Gopalganj on Wednesday afternoon.
Muksudpur Upazila Awami League Organizing Secretary and Khandarpara Union Parishad Chairman Muhammad Sabbir Khan presided over the inaugural ceremony.
Among others, Kantara Khan, Member of International Affairs Sub-Committee of Bangladesh Awami League, President of Muksudpur Upazila Awami League and Mayor freedom fighter Adv. Atiqur Rahman Mia, General Secretary Rabiul Alam Sikder spoke at the time.
Speaking as the chief guest, Muhammad Faruk Khan called upon the party workers to work in a united manner to strengthen the hand of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to continue the trend of development. He also instructed the leaders and workers to resolve any internal issues through discussion.
