Environment, Forest and Climate Change Minister Shahab Uddin said that all the ministers of Sylhet Division are working for the development of Sylhet division, as a result development programs are being implemented equally and remarkably in railway, air and road ways of Sylhet division. Even if there are some problems now, there will be no problems in future. Everyone is working together for the development of the people of Sylhet. He said, Hon'ble Prime Minister has gifted five ministers to Sylhet division which was never done before.
The minister said these things while addressing as the special guest at the inauguration ceremony of the Executive Committee of Sylhet Division Communication and Development Council at the Diploma Engineers Institution Auditorium this evening. Environment Minister mentioned some development activities going on in Sylhet division by his ministry. He said that Safari Park is being constructed in Lathila of Moulvibazar. The process of installing the cable car at Madhavakunda Falls is in progress. Excavation of Haor and reservoir of Sylhet division of Haor Baor wetland is being implemented. The minister said that all the districts, Upazilas, unions, villages and families of the country have developed during the tenure of the current government.
Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen, State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism Advocate Mahbub Ali and Member of Parliament for Habiganj-4 Shahnewaz Milad Ghazi and Palli Karma Sahayaka Foundation Chairman and prominent economist Dr Kazi Khalikuzzaman Ahmad spoke in the event while Sylhet Division Communication and Development Council President Dr. Ahmed Al Kabir presided over the function.
