Bogura district police began a week-long mosquito killing drive on Friday. Superintendent of Police (SP) of Bogura Ali Ashraf Bhuiyan inaugurated the drive by spraying pesticide through fogger machine at Satmatha area in the district town on Friday.
Promoted SP Safizul Islam, ASPs of Bogura Sonaton Chakraborti Taposh Kumar, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sadar thana SM Badiuzzaman, Traffic Inspector Rezaul Karim Reza, Salekuzzaman Khan, OC of DB Police Aslam Ali, OC of Dupchachiya thana Mijanur Rahman among others were also present in the campaign.
However, a help desk for dengue prevention has already been opened in Bogura. Police control room of Bogura is operating this help desk.
