Delta Life Insurance Company recently organized a “Winners Conference 2019” conference at Delta Life Tower to honor and felicitate the Top Performers of the organisation in the capital.
The program was attended by almost hundred top achievers from the development team who had performed exceptionally well up to June this year.
The participants had an opportunity to have communicate with the Chief Guest CEO, Delta Life Insurance Adeeba Rahman. During their interaction, there were suggestions for business development and new products, which can help the Customers.
Adeeba Rahman said, “Delta Life is focusing on training and skill-development of each of its team members through classroom mode and also introducing digital tools for enabling convenience-based training like subject specific Videos etc. The Company is continuously upgrading the Customer Service standards and has announced higher bonus rates for Customers in the current year. Currently, the Company is also running a campaign “BE YOUR OWN BOSS” to provide flexible income earning opportunities to the youth of the nation.”
