The Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUCT) Teachers' Association strongly condemned and protested the threat to kill Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
The SUCT Teachers' Association made the protest at a press statement issued on Wednesday (May 24). President of the association Professor Dr. Md. Kabir Hossain and General Secretary Dr. Md. Mahbubul Hakim issued the statement.
In the press statement, it was stated that an emergency meeting of the executive committee of SUCT Teachers’ Association was held on May 23. The meeting protested and condemned the threat to kill Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
The SUCT Teachers’ Association demanded immediate investigation into the matter and ensure exemplary punishment.
