Today (December 30) is the sixth death anniversary of Kazi Wahiduzzaman, a social worker and the founder of Nabolok Parishad, a non-governmental development organization.
He was one of the organizers of liberation war in the Khulna region, says a press release.
Kazi Wahiduzzaman was born in 1944 in Harishpur village under Shalikha Police Station of Magura district. Nabolok family distributed blankets among cold-hit people and arranged a dua mahfil to mark his death anniversary.
