Director General of Department of Disaster Management (DDM) Md Atiqul Haque paid tributes to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by placing a wreath at his mausoleum at Tungipara in Gopalganj on Monday.
After placing the wreath, he along with others joined a special prayer there. District relief and disaster management officer of Gopalganj Abdur Rahman, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Tungipara AKM Hedayetul Islam, assistant commissioner (AC land) of the upazila Md Didarul Islam and woman vice chairman of the upazila Sofida Akhter Jonaki were present at the time, among others.
