Land Adviser of the interim government AF Hassan Ariff said that every official and employee must be honest and sincere to ensure that all types of land-related government services for the people.
He said services should be provided to customers without any delay or harassment, and in the shortest possible time.
AF Hassan Ariff came up with the assertion during a visit to the Kattali Circle Land Office in Chattogram city on Monday.
During his visit in the land office, he handed an immediate Khatian to a citizen upon completion of the e-mutation process. The applicant, Nazim Uddin, was delighted to receive the namjari khatian promptly and without any harassment.
Meanwhile, the land adviser inspected the data entry activities at the office end of the ongoing digital survey process in the Kattali Circle. During the visit, Assistant Commissioner (Land) Arafat Siddique of the Kattali Circle Land Office presented the objectives and progress of his innovative initiative, "Smart Record Room, Smart Land Management," to Adviser AF Hasan Ariff.
Additional Secretary Ziauddin Ahmed ndc, high officials of Ministry of Land, Chattrogram Divisional Commissioner Md Tofayel Islam, Chattogram Deputy Commissioner Farida Khanom, officers of Chattogram district commission and others were present at that time.
This is the first time the land adviser has visited the AC Land Office in Chattogram since taking charge in the Ministry of Land. After inspecting the Kattali Circle Land Office, the land adviser provided guidance on delivering efficient land services to citizens through optimal use of technology.
