Prof Dr Mohammad Rafiqul Alam has been appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) for the second term. On the occasion, he has been given a reception by the Officers Association.
The reception was held at the TSC auditorium of the university on Tuesday.
Later, Prof Dr Mohammad Rafiqul Alam exchanged views with the leaders of the Officers Association.
Leaders of the Officers Association handed over a memento of honor to CUET Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mohammad Rafiqul Alam. Later, the general meeting of the association and the officers were given a welcome and farewell reception.
President of Officers Association Eng Syed Mohammad Ikram presided over the function and the Registrar (Additional Duties) of the University Prof Dr Faruq-uz-Zaman Chowdhury was the special guest.
General Secretary of the association Mohammad Yusuf was the keynote speaker at the function conducted by Kazi Shahed Hasan.
