Academic council and syndicate meeting of Canadian University Bangladesh (CUB) were held on Saturday at the university campus. Professor M A Arafat, chief advisor of BoT, CUB , Professor Mahbubur Rahman, syndicate member nominated by UGC, Professor Dr Mohammad Mahfuzul Islam, vice chancellor (VC), Professor Dr Nazrul Islam, adviser to Board of Trustees, S M Arifuzzaman, head of department of Business Administration, Dr Shahrukh Adnan Khan, dean, School of Science and Engineering and Md Latiful Khabir, registrar were present in the meeting.
Members of syndicate and academic council, CUB discussed different issues and a number of important decisions were made to ensure the quality education and to enroll quality students at the university.
