Mayor of Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) AJM Nasir said that the CCC will be able to present a safe city for the dwellers in future with the cooperation of city dwellers.
He said this while speaking as the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony of newly constructed multi-storey building of Dr Zakir Hossain City Corporation Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital at Feringhee Bazar in the port city on Tuesday afternoon.
AJM Nasir said that Chattogram is my favourite city and all city dwellers irrespective of caste and creed are upholding the living in this city without differences of opinions in case of the development of Chattogram city. He also mentioned that the city dwellers should not have any difference of opinion in progressing of the commercial hub of the country.
The City Mayor mentioned that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Bangabandhu’s daughter is giving priority to the development of Chattogram and for this reason, this city corporation is developing simultaneously. He said we should strengthen the hands of the Prime Minister to attain SDGs during the target period. Nasir also mentioned the construction of another modern slaughter house in the city is under process.
He said all possible development of the city will be implemented through infrastructural plans.
The city Mayor assured that the managing committee of the Homeopathic hospital for upgrading a full-fledged hospital within the building premises. City Mayor also assures to include the Homoeopathy treatment within the newly introduced 41 thousand health cards in the city. Principal of the college Dr. Nurul Amin presided over the inaugural function.
