Bangladesh Red Crescent Society is conducting Iftar distribution activities on the occasion of Holy Ramadan with the participation of youth volunteers in the implementation of Youth Red Crescent.
As part of that, in Chattogram under the joint management of Chittagong District and City Unit distributed iftar items among poor helpless day laboureres in Chattogram on Thursday.
Bangladesh Red Crescent Society’s Managing Board Member and Chattogram District Unit’s Vice Chairman Dr. Sheikh Shafiul Azam, City Unit’s Vice Chairman MA Salam along others led the distribution.
In addition, Iftar is sent as gift to the doctors who are continuously serving the public. As part of the ongoing awareness campaign against corona virus miking activities are conducted in various areas including Anderkilla, Ghatfarhadbeg, Miakhan Nagar etc of the city as per the instructions of the National Headquarters.
