State Minister for Religious Affairs Md. Faridul Haque Khan has said that if the government of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina continues, the development progress of Bangladesh will also continue. The development achievements of the present government should be highlighted to the people
He said this while addressing a programme as the chief guest at the extended meeting of Bangladesh Awami League No. 12 Char Goalini Union Branch held at Degree Char High School ground on Saturday.
The state minister said, “Sometimes our activities have been hampered due to divisions among ourselves. In the coming days, the responsible leaders and workers of Bangladesh Awami League and its affiliated organizations will have to unite and use their organizational strength to build the country.”
The state minister said, “The independence of this country has come under the leadership of Bangladesh Awami League. Therefore, the leaders and workers of Bangladesh Awami League, an organization formed by the father of the nation, have to play a more responsible role for the overall development and progress of the people of the country.”
Bangladesh Awami League Islampur Upazila 12 Char Goalini Union Branch President Md. Nur Bhakta Mollah Dudu presided over and General Secretary Md. Abdul Halim addressed the extended meeting. Islampur Upazila Parishad Chairman Advocate Jamal Abdun Naser Chowdhury Babul, Vice Chairman Abdul Khaleq Akanda, Islampur Upazila Awami League General Secretary Advocate Md. Abdus Salam, Jamalpur District Council Member Abdur Razzak Lal Mia, Char Goalini Union Parishad Chairman Md. Shahidullah Sarkar and others were present at the meeting.
