The Indian High Commission in Dhaka has observed the death anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore through a virtual recitation event.
The Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre organised the event styled “Confluence through poems” on Tagore’s poems.
Bangladeshi artists Bhaswar Banerjee, Dahlia Ahmed, Rana Thakur, Shahdat Hossain Nipu and Samiul Islam Poluck took part at the event, the High Commission said on Saturday.
