Department of Career and Professional Development Services (CPDS) organized a collaboration meeting between Southeast University (SEU) and Jinan University, China on Thursday at SEU Conference Room, Banani, Dhaka.
Huang Yuexiong, director of Enrollment Office, Huang Rui, dean of School of Mechanics and Construction Engineering, and Xiao Jun, project manager of International Affairs office were present on behalf of Jinan University. Professor Dr AFM Mafizul Islam, vice chancellor of SEU presided over the meeting. Professor Dr ANM Meshquat Uddin, adviser of BoT, Major General Kazi Fakhruddin Ahmed (retd), registrar, Professor Dr Md Abdul Hakim, director, IQAC, Wahid Hossain Siddiquey, chief coordinator-cum-secretary, BoT, SEU Trust, Mohammad Tarik Al Jalil, deputy secretary of BoT, Mohammad Imtiaj, director, BCPR, Md Jamal Uddin, director, CPDS, and Dr Farhana Ferdousi, director, IRT were present on behalf of SEU.
Both the university representatives discussed to explore the possibility of mutual collaboration between two universities to sign a Memorandum of Understanding for student mobility, faculty exchange and joint research opportunity.
