Coast Guard arrests Yaba smuggler in Cox’s Bazar

A team from Bangladesh Coast Guard station Teknaf seized 2,800 pieces of yaba pills found searching the body of a suspect in Cox's Bazar on Tuesday afternoon.

BCG published the news through a press release on Wednesday.The arrested yaba smuggler is identified as Mohammad Jalal Uddin, son of Maulvi Amir Hossain of Sabrang Uttar Naya Para under Teknaf Police Station in Cox's Bazar. Lt. Shah Zia Rahman, media officer of the Coast Guard East Zone, confirming the incident said the seized yaba pills were being smuggled from one place to another. 

The arrested yaba smuggler and the seized yaba pills have been handed over to Teknaf Model Police Station for further action later by BCG men.
