With the slogan "Clean our own yard, lead a healthy life", the cleanliness campaign was launched in Chuadanga. The campaign was inaugurated in the district town on Tuesday morning. Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Chudanga Gopal Chandra Das inaugurated the campaign.
Mayor of Chuadanga municipality Obaidur Rahman Chowdhury Zipu, Additional Police Super Abul Bashar, Organising Secretary of District Awami League Munshi Alamgir Hannan and students of different educational institutions participated in the campaign.
DC Gopal Chandra Das said that the drive will continue under the areas of educational institutions and roads of the district town are not cleaned.
The district administration distributed leaflet among the people to make awareness against dengue.
