A children’s art competition was hosted by Dhaka Regency Hotel and Resort last Sunday (December 22).
In an effort to extend the celebration of Victory Day, the hotel, in conjunction with RFL Rainbow Paints, organised the fourth installation of its annual Dhaka Regency Bijoy Kids’ Art Competition where over one-hundred fifty (150) children between the ages of 05-12 years participated in two age groups.
The children, regardless of their age, demonstrated exceptional artistic skills and expressions with astonishing levels of awareness in regards to how they relate to Bijoy Dibosh.
Three children in each age group, ages 05-08 years and 09-12 years, were selected winners for the competition.
On the judging and prize giving committee were Executive Director Shahid Hamid FIH, Operations Director Ashequr Rasul, and Director Marketing Communications Zaireen Sultana Lupa of Dhaka Regency Hotel and Resort as well as Visual Artist Partho Protim Kundu of Pran RFL.
Winners and all participants received prizes from RFL Rainbow Paints, Faber Castell, Bombay Sweets, Igloo Ice Cream, and International Beverages Private Limited Coca-Cola, along with certificates and crests.
