Newly appointed Officer-in-Charge (OC) Samsudddin Md Elias has taken the charge of Chandina Police Station in Cumilla.
He was promoted to the post of Officer-in-Charge of Chandina Police Station by Cumilla Superintendent of Police Syed Nazrul Islam through a notice.
Earlier, he worked at Manoharganj Police Station, Brahmanpara Police Station and lastly joined Chandina Police Station in 2019 as OC (Investigation).
He joined Bangladesh Police Force in 2005 as an SI.
He sought the cooperation of the people of all walks of life including political leaders and activists in maintaining law and order in the police station area and to control drug business.
Former OC of Chandina Police Station Abul Faisal has been transferred to Teknaf Police Station in Cox's Bazar.
