Eleven people of Jashore Homeopathic Medical College, including Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Jashore, were sued on Thursday over irregularities.
Lecturer Mohidur Rahman and five Assistant Professors of Homeopathic Medical Collage filed the case with Jashore senior judicial magistrate court.
The case has been filed against them on charge of irregularities, appointment of lecturers illegally and 9 points of other activities of the college after complaining of the investigation report, including covering the investigation report.
The accused in this case are acting principal of Jashore Homeopathic Medical College Hafizur Rahman, registrar of Bangladesh Homeopathic Board of Dhaka, deputy commissioner (DC) of Jashore, president, managing committee member, investigation board member Dr Anisur Rahman, college governing council member Atiur Rahman, MA Gafur, donor member Mahmudur Rahman Bahar, college computer operator Al Amin, Dr SM Abdullah, Abdul Bari and TNO, Kalaroa Upazila of Satkhira.
