According to the directives of the High Court, the Bangladesh Mess Association (BMO) has demanded to keep the house rent normal in the new year 2025.
The demand came from a human chain formed in front of National Press Club on Thursday.
BMO Secretary General and Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) mayoral candidate Ayatollah Akhtar presided over the programme.
Chairman of Natundhara Bangladesh Momin Mehdi, Chairman of Bangladesh NAP Mohammad Shahidunnabi Dablu expressed solidarity with the demand.
BMO Metropolitan President Syed Akhtar Siraji moderated the programme. Among others, Borhan Uddin, Shakeel Uddin, Md. Hasan, also spoke.
