Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) observed the ‘Historic 7th March at Bijoy Auditorium of the BUP on Sunday.
The day was observed with due dignity to spread its historical significance and awareness to the next generation. The programmes of the
day included discussion meeting and screening of documentary.
Associate Professor Josinta Zinia, Chairman of the Department of Sociology presented the keynote speech at the event. A documentary titled ‘Chiranjib Bangabandhu’ was also screened at the Bijoy Auditorium of BUP.
Among others, Vice-Chancellor of BUP Major General Md Moshfequr Rahman along with other high officials, faculty members and a number of students of BUP also participated in the programme in physically and virtually.
The program was the initiative of Cultural Forum run by the Department of Sociology. The function was organized by maintaining social distancing
