A day long Training Workshop on “Development of Competitive Business Plan with Modern Technologies in the era of IR 4.0 to enhance productivity of Light Engineering Sector” was held at Institute of Appropriate Technology (IAT), BUET on Wednesday.
Prof. Dr. Abdul Jabbar Khan, Pro-Vice Chancellor of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) attended the opening ceremony of the training workshop as chief guest .
Prof. Dr. Mohammad Arif Hasan Mamun, Director of IAT chaired the ceremony while Dr. Iftekhar Uddin Bhuiyan, Assistant Professor of IAT, BUET was moderator of the function.
The workshop was organized by IAT, BUET and sponsored by Light Engineering Product Business Promotion Council (LEPBPC), Ministry of Commerce, GoB.
A total of 26 participants from different organizations were participated in the training workshop.
Entrepreneurs, Owners, Engineers, Technologists and Managers from various engineering industries and enterprises of the country were participated in the workshop. Experienced Teachers of IAT, BUET were the resource persons of the workshop. At the end of the training workshop certificates were distributed among the participants.
