A delegation of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University, Bangladesh paid homage to the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by placing floral wreath at his portrait in front of Bangabandhu Memorial Museum at Dhanmondi in the capital.
They placed the wreath marking the National Mourning Day and 44th martyrdom anniversary of Bangabandhu.
Rear Admiral M Khaled Iqbal, Vice-Chancellor of the university, led the delegation.
After placing the wreath, the team stood there in solemn silence for some time to show their deep respect for the great leader.
