The border security force (BSF) of India handed over nine Bangladeshi nationals to their Bangladesh counterpart Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) after a flag meeting in Moheshpur of Jhenaidah on Monday night, said a BGB press relaease on Tuesday morning.
The press releases issued by BGB 58 battalion assistant director Munshi Imdadur Rahman said the BSF 194 battalion camp Commander Mr. Mahendra had invited his Bangladeshi counterpart of Srinathpur BoP to take return of nine Bangladeshi nationals as a man, four women and four children they were living in India for a long without any valid papers. Both the parties sat for a flag meeting in the evening. The BGB was sanguine about the illegal residing of the Bangladeshi nationals and took them back at about 8pm near the border pillar number 61/1.
The BGB said they have been processing to send the arrested to local bordering Moheshpur police station after filing cases in this regard.
