The Indian Border Security Force (BSF) handed over 15 Bangladeshi nationals to the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) at the Darshana border in Chuadanga on Thursday.
The official handover followed a battalion commander-level flag meeting held around 2:00 PM near main pillar 76 at the zero line.
Present were Lt. Colonel Md. Nazmul Hasan, commander of Chuadanga-6 Battalion, and BSF-32 Battalion Commandant Shri Sujit Kumar, along with other relevant officers.
According to a press release issued by Assistant Director Md. Haidar Ali of BGB Chuadanga-6, the individuals had previously entered India illegally. The group included four men, four women, and seven minors.
