Speakers at a web based national conference on Friday observed that the Japanese management style Break through thinking can be used to raise productivity in the industry and commerce Today in the national conference.
The said It is different from the conventional method and used the by pass theory and get the work done by plan-do-check and act.
Under new normal situation, utilization of breakthrough thinking can resolve the economic culture where leadership at different levels need to be prepared to accept wisdom and attitude to develop the bringing new changes.
Eminent economist Dr. QaziKholiquzzamn Ahmad Inaugurated the web based National conference on Breakthrough thinking in Business -Industry in Bangladesh under a pandemic situation.
The conference was jointly organized by Breakthrough thinking in Bangladesh and Entrepreneurial economists club, Dhaka School of Economics.
Chief guest of the programme Dr. QaziKholiquzzamanAhamad , also the Chairman Dhaka School of Economics said that X-efficiency is the degree of efficiency maintained by firms under conditions of imperfect competition where breakthrough thinking in the new normal situation may resolve the problems smoothly and drive out lengthy processes.
Dr. Ahmad argued that human element, could be degrees of efficiency, meaning that–at times–firms didn't always maximize profits.
Shuhei Anan, Japan PlanologySociety presented the keynote paper in the National conference on Breakthrough thinking of Business -Industry in Bangladesh under a pandemic situation .
In his paper he put emphasis on creativity and innovation in the industry -commerce and trade so that leaders at all levels need more motivational factors. As such organizational structure may be reshuffled and backbiting of the organization is being needed to remove. Leadership role is crucial as in different culture it is difficult to solve.
Concept paper was presented by Prof. Shozo Hibino., Chairman，JapanPlanology Society, The Center for Breakthrough Thinking, Japan, Professor Emeritus of Chukyo University.
Session chair of the programme is Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mahboob Ali who said that Management Research is a continuos process and leadership traits starting from junior level to Top level managmentshould work effectively so that organization must act as corruption free and pro people centric services can be offered. Bangladesh is rightly trying to cope with pandemic situations arising from COVID 19 ,cyclone Amphan and flood .
Trust on employee is needed not retrenchment from the business and industrial organization is a solution.
