BRAC Bank Limited and Ekush Wealth Management Limited have signed a Custodial Services Agreement.
This agreement will enable BRAC Bank to provide custodial services to Ekush Wealth Management to operate “Ekush Stable Return Fund”, a new open-ended mutual fund.
Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Deputy Managing Director & Head of Corporate Banking, BRAC Bank; and Kazi Ahsan Maruf, CFA, Managing Director, Ekush Wealth Management; signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at the bank’s Head Office in Dhaka recently.
Md. Jabedul Alam, Head of Transaction Banking; Khan Muhammad Faisol, Senior Manager, Transaction Banking of BRAC Bank, and Swadesh Ranjan Saha FCA, FCS, Vice Chairman &Shuva Saha, CFA, Chief Strategy Officer of Ekush Wealth Management, were also present at the ceremony along with other senior officials of both the organizations.
