BRAC Bank cricket team has emerged as the champion in the Corporate Amateur Cricket Association (CACA) T-20 Tournament for the second consecutive year.
BRAC Bank also clinched the trophy in the 2021 championship involving the teams from corporate Bangladesh.
In the final against Cadet’s XI at BKSP playground on Friday, reigning champion BRAC Bank scored 152 for 7 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs, with Ehsab Banik hitting 100 runs in 58 balls. In reply, Cadet’s XI scored 137 for 8 wickets providing a 15-run victory to BRAC Bank. Raju Chowhan bagged 4 wickets, conceding 25 runs.
BRAC Bank’s Ehsab Banik became the Man of the Match for his scintillating century.
In the run-up to the tournament final, BRAC Bank defeated CACA All Stars and Confidence Group in the group matches.
