After a day recess, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football resumes today (Wednesday) with twenty one round with two big matches which are scheduled to be held at Bangabandhu National Stadium, reports BSS.
On the day, Chittagong Abahani Limited will take on Saif Sporting Club at 4pm while Lieutenant Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club meet Mohammedan Sporting Club in the day’s other fixture at 7 pm.
Saif Sporting Club are currently at fourth position with 37 points from 19 matches while the port city
team Chittagong Abahani Limited are placed at sixth position with 22 points playing the same number of outings.
On the other hand, Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club are at seventh position with 21 points from 19 matches while Mohammedan Sporting Club stood at ninth position with 17 points from 18 outings.
Title contenders Bashundhara Kings dominated the points table maintaining their all-win run with 52 points from 18 matches followed defending champions Abahani Limited with 48 points from 19 matches and Sheikh Russell Krira Chakra Limited are at third spot with 39 points from 18 outings.
