Police recovered the slaughtered body of a madrasha student from Sendi village under Araihazar upazila in Narayanganj. The deceased was identified as Mahabub, 14, son of Askor Ali of the village.Elder brother of the victim Abu Hanif filed a murder case with Arihazar police station in this connection.
Police, however, detained Shaikot, 18. According to the case statement, Mahabur was staying in his house due to close of madrasha and he moved with some taut boys in the locality.
Another brother named Toiyab tried to administrate him but failed. Officer-in-Charge of Arihazar police station confirmed the matter.
