The country’s two bourses will remain closed till May 5 in line with the government’s extended general holidays to contain the spread of deadly coronavirus. The government today issued an order extending the nationwide ongoing holiday until May 5.
As per a DSE press release issued on Thursday, the trading and official activities of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) will remain closed till May 5 in accordance with the government’s decision on ongoing general holiday across the country to stem the spread of coronavirus. The port city’s bourse, the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), will also remain closed till May 5.
