Few days ago, some young men teased college girls on the way to their institutions. Every day they used to disturb the female students. In such a situation, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bogura Sadar Police Station SM Badiuzzaman (locally known as OC uncle) took initiative to solve this problem. He sent police forces in that area and problem was solved.
On the other hand, gambling sit every day. No one can stop gambling on that area. Lastly, OC uncle sent forces to that area and stopped it.
This is how students from different institutions benefitted from OC uncle.
'Don't fear the police, think them friend' keeping in this mind people friendly Policing Programme has been started by OC of Bogura Sadar Police Station SM Badiuzzaman in Bogura recently.
Our future generation shouldn't be in trouble in any way, he took an initiative to spread this moral values.
It is learnt that, he joined Bogura Police Station on 12th May, 2018. He has been selected as best Officer-in-Charge 10 times in monthly welfare meeting. Meanwhile, he took classes in more than 20 educational institutions.
He informed students in different story telling ways in different educational institutions.
He inspired many to show respects to parents. He entered the class and wrote his name on the white board 'OC Uncle' and his mobile number to stop eve-teasing, child marriage and to stop drugs spreading.
Besides, anyone can give 2 times missed call to him. He pronounced oath speech to all students about this matter. As a result, he becomes popular as a name of 'OC' uncle. It is found that, to remove crime and drugs in the Sadar area.
He organized meeting on 20 more different institutions like Namuja Degree College, Nungola Degree College, Shaheed Danesh Uddin School and College, TMSS Public School and College, City Girl's High School, Subil High School, Bogura Mohila College, Matidali High School, TMSS Mats Institute, Telihara Mahiuddin Alim Madrasa, Jamia Islamia Khatune Jannat(R) Girls Madrasa and several other institutions.
Students often ring them. He stops drugs, gambling and eve teasing in his jurisdiction.
