At the initial stage, the use of this camera was started by the district traffic department. This camera was given to the members of the traffic department in the first stage. Body or camera will be provided in 20 traffic points of the district in phases. This afternoon, in the first phase, at the Kalatali Dolphin intersection in Cox's Bazar, the members of the traffic police on duty were inaugurated by installing 'Body Own' cameras on their bodies. Earlier, the traffic department of Dhaka, Sylhet, Chittagong Metropolitan Police started its activities with this camera. In addition to the traffic in the tourist city, those responsible for crime control and law and order have been given ‘body ear’ cameras, said SP Md. Hasanuzzaman. The Superintendent of Police said, "We will monitor where a police officer is at the moment, what his duties are, from the central control room through body or camera. Not only surveillance but also the activities of the police will be on record. This will ensure transparency as well as accountability in their work.'
