Police on Friday recovered the blood-stained body of a disabled young man from a road in Panchagarh's Debiganj upazila.
The dead was Rasel Mia, 32, son of Hafizul Isalm, hailed from Nagardanga Para village under Hazaradanga union of the upazila. Rasel was born speech impaired. Rasel was speech impaired.
According to police, on Thursday night at around 8 pm, local people spotted the body of the youth on the side of the road near Chengthi Bazar and informed police.
Being informed, police recovered the body and sent it to Panchagarh Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Debiganj Police Station officer-in-charge (OC) Iftekharul Mokaddem confirmed it.
