At the initiative of Kishoreganj Sadar Upazila Unit of Freedom Fighters’ Command Council blankets were distributed among freedom fighters at Kishoreganj Circuit House auditorium on Saturday.
Bangladesh Supreme Court’s Appellate Division Judge Justice Md. Nuruzzaman distributed the blankets as the chief guest while, former District Freedom Fighter Commander Md. Asas Ullah was in the chair.
Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal Judge Kiron Shanker Halder, Kishoreganj Deputy Commissioner Md. Sarowar Murshed Chowdhury and Superintendent of Police Mashrukur Rahman Khaled attended the programme as special guests.About two hundred blankets were distributed among the Freedom Fighters at the programme.
