Biman Bangladesh Airlines (BG) is all set to launch direct flights on the Sylhet-Cox's Bazar route from November 12, announced the carrier in a press release.
Through this the long standing demand of the people of Sylhet was going to be fulfilled.
Two flights per week will go directly from Sylhet to Cox's Bazar. The flights will run on Sylhet-Cox's Bazar on Tuesdays and Thursdays of the week and on Cox's Bazar-Sylhet route on Sundays and Tuesdays.
Sylhet-Cox's Bazar return ticket will cost Tk 9,400 including all VAT-tax and one-way (only going or coming) ticket will cost Tk 4,700.
On the inauguration day, passenger can enjoy 15 percent discount using Biman’s promo code. Tickets can be purchased through its app, website, sales office and local office.
