The Bangladesh Health Reporters’ Forum (BHRF) has distributed certificates among the winners of the BHRF Diabetes Awareness Fellowship-2021.
Twenty-seven journalists who cover health issues in different print, electronic and online media received the fellowship supported by the Danish drug-maker Novo Nordisk.
National Professor Dr AK Azad Khan, President of the Diabetic Association of Bangladesh, handed over the crest and certificate among them at a ceremony on Thursday held at the Sanskriti Bikash Kendro.

Morshadur Rahman, Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha; Mazadul Haque, barta24.com; Nesar Uddin Ahammed, Alokito Bangladesh; Md. They concluded the fellowship in February, but due to pandemic lockdown the formal certificate giving ceremony could not be held. President of the BHRF Toufiq Maruf and General Secretary Rashed Rabbi spoke at the programme conducted by Fellowship Coordinator Nurul Islam Hasib.
