Professor Dr. Md. Salim Uddin, FCA, FCMA, Chairman to the Board of Directors of Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation (BHBFC) inaugurated the office of the Rural and Peri-urban Housing Finance Project on the 7th floor of BHBFC Bhaban on Wednesday. Directors of the board, Neelufar Ahmed, Md. Moniruzzaman, Dr. Md. Humayun Kabir Chowdhury, Tapon Kumar Ghosh and BHBFC Managing Director Debasish Chakrabarty, DMD Mohammed Shahjahan, Project Director Md. Atikul Islam and Other officials were also present on the occasion.
This Low-Cost Housing Finance Project, financed by the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) will play an important role in development of affordable and land saving housing in the rural and Peri-urban areas, growth centers of the country.
