BEPZA for ease of doing business in Mujib Barsho

A meeting between the investors of Chattogram EPZ and Customs Bond Commissionerate, Chattogram was held at Investors Club of CEPZ on Tuesday aiming to ease of doing business continuing the investment and industrial friendly atmosphere prevailing in the EPZ.

The Chairman of BEPZA Md. Nasir Uddin presided over the meeting while other senior officials concerned were present on the occasion. They said BEPZA is providing different services to ease of doing business including one stop service for successful implementation of the special initiatives of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina- Investment Friendly Bangladesh and Exports’ Enhancement- vowed to build Sonar Bangla dreamt by Bangabandhu.

The speakers expressed that the meeting organized by Bangladesh EPZs Investors' Association (BEPZIA) will play an important role in mobilizing the economy, business and industrialization activities of the country ahead of Mujib year.
Md. Mahbubuzzaman, Commissioner of Customs Bond Commissionerate, Chattogram was the Chief Guest of the meeting. 

Being informed about some problems of EPZ enterprises relating to customs audit, bond renewal, auto renewal, auto bond transfer he said that the investors are not supposed to face any problem due to the investment friendly policy of the present government. He assured that he would take his best endeavors to solve any problem, if arise, as quickly as possible.

Among others, General Manager (PR) of BEPZA Nazma Binte Alamgir, General Manager of CEPZ Md. Khorshid Alam, Additional Commissioner of Customs Bond Commissionerate, Chattogram Mahfuzul Haque, Senior Vice Chairman of BEPZIA Executive Committee Takashi Miyata, President of BEPZIA Zonal Executive Committee Khaja Mynuddin Farhad & Secretary Azizul Bari Choudhury Zinnah including officials of BEPZA, Customs and investors of CEPZ were present in the meeting.
