The final of the 'Bangabandhu Gold Cup Football Tournament' (BGCFT) (under-17) was held at the playground of Sheikh Rassel Mini Stadium at Sharsha upazila in Jashore on Sunday.
Benapole Municipal Ekadash defeated Nizampur Union Parishad Ekadash by 2-0 goal at the final of the tournament.
Alhajj Sheikh Afil Uddin, lawmaker of Jashore-1 constituency distributes prizes among the winners of the tournament. At that time, Sharsha Upazila Nirbahi Officer Pulok Kumar Mondol, General Secretary of Sharsha Upazila Awami league Alhajj Nurujjaman, Member of Zilla Parishad professor Ibrahim Khalil, Upazila Vice-chairman Mehedi Hasan, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sharsha Police Station Ataur Rahman along with others were also present at the programme.
